And for this issue, UIDAI is providing an online tool for an individual to verify that the contact information provided in Aadhaar card is correct or not. How can one verify email address on UIDAI website?
To verify email address, users have to enter their Aadhar number, email address and a security code on the UIDAI website. Once the details are filled, OTP will be received on the registered email address that will be entered on the space for it provided on the right side. And once the details are checked and verified, a “congratulations” message will pop up and the work is done.
How can the phone number be verified on UIDAI website?
The same procedure goes for the contact number verification. The only difference is to just enter the phone number in place of the email address. Later, with the same message saying congratulations on the screen is shown, once the details are confirmed and the mobile number also gets verified.
