Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco recently launched a new smartphone called Poco F1, and it is the cheapest flagship device that we have ever seen. Xiaomi has launched four different variants of the smartphone. These variants include 6GB + 64GB variant priced at Rs. 20,999, 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 23,999, and the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 28,999.
The main highlight of the smartphone is that it comes with a Snapdragon 845 soc. Anyway, talking about the specifications the Poco F1 comes with a 6.18-inch display with 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, the device sports the latest flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and comes along with LiquidCool Technology. Also as we have mentioned, the phone comes with 6GB and 8GB of RAM variants.
The device also comes with MIUI 9.6 along with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Also, the company has mentioned that they will be releasing the latest Android version Android Pie update in the upcoming months.
In the camera section, the Poco F1 comes with a dual camera setup on the rear panel. The dual camera setup sports a 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor with a 1.4-micron pixel along with a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor on the back.
Also on the front panel of the camera, there is a 20-megapixel camera for selfies. The device is also equipped with an IR light and comes with a Face Unlock feature. It also offers a hell lot of AI features in the camera section.
Overall, the phone is a beast in the budget. It does not only comes with a powerful processor under a budget range, but it also offers some of the great features. Also, the phone is giving a tough competition to companies like Asus and One Plus. But we still need to see how the device is killing the market in the long run.
